Welcome to the Pennsylvania GMRS Network website!
Our goal is to create a system of repeaters, simplex nodes, radio-less nodes, and radio hot spots throughout Pennsylvania that can link together on demand or in times of emergency or special events.
We use the AllStarLink software package as the linking software. Created for Amateur Radio use to link repeaters together, it’s use has been expanded for use with GMRS repeaters. The system uses the internet for the links, but can be adapted for use over other networks that use IP address protocols.
